Return and Refund Policy

The timeline to raise a return request is within 3 days from the date of order delivery. Kindly ensure that you have an unboxing video of the delivered package to facilitate a seamless return process.

(A) For PAY ON DELIVERY/CASH ON DELIVERY orders:

• A replacement for the same product will be provided, depending on the selected return resolution.
• Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method.
• Once we receive your return order, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of the parcel and proceed with your selected mode of resolution method.

(B) For ONLINE PRE-PAID ORDERS (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI/Other Wallets)

• We will reimburse the original source account within 7–10 business days of receiving the items with original labels and tags, excluding the delivery fee.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during order placement.
• Do not disclose the OTP to the pickup partner until the order is officially handed over.
• Note: Refunds can only be processed to the original source of payment.

(I) REFUNDS – 50:50 – ONLINE PREPAID & CREDIT NOTE

• Refunds to the original source account will be credited within 7–10 business days after receiving the items with original labels and tags, excluding the delivery fee.
• The store credit used in the order will be reversed to the registered account with us.

(II) REFUNDS – 50:50 – CASH/PAY ON DELIVERY & CREDIT NOTE

• Store credits or replacement for the same product will be provided, based on the selected return resolution.
• Refunds cannot be transferred to any other payment method.
• The store credit used in the order will be reversed to your registered account with us.

Note: For COD/POD payments made to the delivery partner via UPI/Debit/Credit Card/Wallet, only store credits will be provided.

(III) EXCHANGE – CASH/PAY ON DELIVERY OR ONLINE PREPAID

Currently, we do not offer exchange services. To get a different style, colour, or size, return the item and place a new order using store credit.

(IV) REPLACEMENT – CASH/PAY ON DELIVERY OR ONLINE PREPAID

• Replacement must be requested within 3 days.
• Delivery of replacement product may take up to 7 days.
• All replacements are subject to stock availability.
• Only applicable for broken, damaged, or defective items. An unboxing video or product image must be shared via email.
• If out of stock, store credit will be issued.

(C) ONLINE RETURN

We provide complimentary nationwide Return Pick-Up Service. One return request is allowed per order, with a maximum of 3 pickup attempts. After that, please opt for self-return and notify our support team.

(D) SELF – RETURN

Customers may return items via self-shipping. Please email officiallittlestoreindia@gmail.com with the courier name and tracking number. Upon receipt, we will confirm via email and process your resolution method. If pickup service is unavailable in your area, INR 60/- shipping charges will be reimbursed as store credit.

(E) PAYMENT TERMS

We accept payments via Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Wallets, UPI, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Pay on Delivery (POD).

(F) ORDER TRACKING

Log into your registered account, go to “My Account” > “My Orders” > “Track Order” to monitor your order status.
